The Beauty C smart assistant is an active AI capability in PRO, not a mock-up or an empty button. Ask in everyday language and it uses information the signed-in user is permitted to see to answer questions, find records, summarise context and prepare the next step. It reduces searching and typing without taking professional decisions away from the clinic.

Prepare a useful draft before acting
The assistant can draft a personal message, organise a follow-up shortlist and prepare a reminder or data update. The proposed action is shown first, and any change to account data or external action requires explicit approval.
Permissions, control and records
The assistant works within the permissions of the signed-in user. It does not bypass access controls, silently send messages or charge a client. Allowed actions are logged so the clinic can see what was prepared and what was completed.
A clear allowance that is not lost
PRO includes ten assistant queries in a rolling sixty-minute window. Additional query packs remain in the account until they are used and do not expire at the end of the hour. This keeps purchased capacity available for the moments when it is needed.

Yes. The business assistant is active in Beauty C PRO. Visual assessment is a separate capability and is not presented as active until its service is connected.
Can it change information without asking?
No. Data changes and external actions require explicit approval. The assistant can search, explain and draft before approval.
Does it replace professional judgement?
No. It supports business administration and information organisation. It does not replace clinical, legal or accounting judgement.
